OUR MISSION STATEMENT
St. Lawrence Parish is a small Catholic community located in the rural area of Upper
Bucks County in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia with many of its members having lived
here for generations. Through God and our Lord Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with
the Holy Spirit, our Parish Mission is to be a spiritual community, grounded in the
Eucharist, where parishioners, visitors and those seeking to find their way back into the
life of the Church will be welcomed, encouraged and supported in planting their spiritual
roots in our Parish. We seek to involve Catholics of all ages in the celebration and living in the Eucharist.

Our wonderful parish is located next to the Delaware River, among the rolling hills of Upper Bucks County. If you have visited the area, you have discovered that this is an unadulterated farm country. Many of the farms in the area have been within the same families for many generations. Historically, the Catholic community here has been small but growing. St. Lawrence became an independent parish in 1974.
Come with us and take the time to experience our parish. When you do, you will discover a group of believers who are proud of their parish and proud of their Catholic faith.

For those with allergies to wheat-based food, St. Lawrence Parish always maintains a supply of consecrated gluten-free hosts. Those hosts will be distributed by the Eucharistic Minister on the Left side (St. Joseph side of the main isle). It's not required, but it is helpful if you inform an usher or the sacristan before Mass of your request. If you are accompanied by guests, please make sure they are aware of this opportunity.
If you know of a parishioner who home-bound because of age or infirmity, please ask them if they would like Fr. Benn to bring them the Eucharist and offer them the Sacrament of Healing. He does this once a month. If you are reluctant to approach them about this, please pass on the name of that parishioner and we will be happy to approach them ourselves.
We invite you to visit us and experience personally what our parish is and is striving to become.
